My Moms Honda CRV began throwing multiple warning lights on the dash which initially caused some understandable concern. The dealership told her that the issue was “catastrophic” and “unsafe”, needing immediate attention. However, they were unable to tell us what the issue actually was. Exercising some healthy skepticism, we suggested she get a second opinion and we’re very glad that she did. The team at King Automotive Repair were able to get the car in the shop with minimal notice. We had a very knowledgeable tech named Jake take a look at the car and he was able to conclude within minutes that there was no cause for concern. His customer service was second to none and he was able to quickly fix the problem. Just wanted to give a solid shout-out to Jake and the team at King Automotive Repair for their exceptional work!
Kars is the best automotive shop I have ever been to. I booked an appointment to do timing belt on my car. I drove in with a car that is long overdue with oil change. I also have a set of summer tires in the back. Without instructions, kars did my timing belt, change the oil and install the summer tires for me. I never asked for the quote since I know I don’t have to. This is how much I trust them. Of course, the price is more than reasonable.
Jim and the boys are the best!!! I've been bringing my cars for servicing for a few years. Jim only does what needs to be done for very reasonable pricing. I was losing a break shield and didn't know it. The noise would stop just as I pulled up. This happened a few times. So, one of his mechanics jumped in with me and drove around Nobleton for almost an hour. When we pulled back into the garage, it made a little noise. The mechanic heard it and put it up on the hoist. The shield was almost off and completely rotten. He pulled the wheel and removed the brakeshield, and then replaced the wheel. I went into pay, Jim said next time. Great, guys. I highly recommend KARS.?
Horrible horrible service. Upon doing a diagnostic on my vehicle. I called King Automotive Repair Service and let me them which codes came up for service. 1st thing, who answers the phone and just says "Ya" 2nd thing, extremely rude and unprofessional with the way whoever it was that was speaking. After telling them the issues and the make of my vehicle, his answer was "no I'm not going to get into that" I drive a 2014 Mercedes Benz CLA 250. I'm still in shock the fact a "reputable "mechanic would refuse service on a customer. Would give -5 stars if I could.
Excellent service trustworthy honest individuals. This is the place where you can drop off your car and only necessary work will be done. Totally satisfied customer since 2010.
Very disappointed! Had front brakes on my Hyundai done only just a year and a half ago. Today I am at a different mechanic having to do it all over again. Rotors have warped and rusted. Car pulsates when braking. When the job was done I wasn't happy as I was charged way too much for cheap parts. I called Hyundai and asked about the same job price was only $50 more!! with original parts. On a separate occasion I took in my Ford for a steering issue. They took their time to test driving and trying to figure out what the issue was. I was told it was probably the steering pump and to start there. Not very reassuring, so I went to another place. Guess what it was just grease the steering link needed!! Needless to say won't be coming back.
