It was all good, very friendly, got what I needed for my Sprinter, a bit of pricey anomalies in the bill, butt suck it up and appreciated the work. At first I thought I would use them as my regular garage, then I got a bill for $251 for an oil change and tire rotation, on a Dodge Caravan! Wow?! Almost $100 more than all the other garages! Oh well that's too bad. I guess I'll bring my Mercedes Sprinter at the dealership where I used to go again.
A huge thank-you to Cosmocare for helping my boss out in a tough spot! He was several hours away in our delivery van when the battery light came on, and we needed help fast. I called the shop—despite being busy, the owner agreed to take a look at the van right away, even though he wasn’t sure if the part (an alternator) could be sourced or fixed the same day. Thankfully, it all worked out better than we could’ve hoped. My boss said the owners—a husband and wife team—were incredibly kind and helpful. They managed to get the part quickly and had the van fixed and back on the road in just a few hours. If you’re in the area and need honest, hardworking people to help with your vehicle, this is the place to go!
I like that the location is close to me and the bays are clean and well maintained. I went to wash my car and there was a issue with the card reader in the bay. I was charged as a malfunction of the card reader. I brought it up to the Management team who were professional and able to resolve my concerns. I appreciate the great customer service and their ability to resolve the concerns, it was pleasure , Thank you Teresa!
I have known Cosmo for well over three years and he is like a brother to me. Cosmo and Teresa are the best people you can find these days. I never have enough of praying for this wonderful family for their trust and respect and love for their customers. They are wonderful people and no such thing as Mechanic like him. He is one of a kind and a very special man. Cosmo and Teresa are blessed by God and I always pray for them because of the great hearted people they are. I would never go to anyone except for Cosmo. Cosmo took great care of my vehicle , getting it in the car test driving, getting into shop in a very timely manner. Service was very professional. Had my vehicle's wheels aligned. Car wash left my car cleaner than I have ever seen it. Recomend to friends and family . Great family run buisness.
