Divine pizza! Thin, crispy crust, homemade tomato sauce with the perfect sweet kick, and cheese that stretches like a dream. The pepperoni pizza was flavor heaven. Coming back? ABSOLUTELY. ?✨
Ordered online for pickup and said it’ll take 20 minutes so I arrived 20 minutes later. However, when I got there I was asked to wait 5 minutes, which it actually took 15 more minutes so in total 20 minutes after the estimated pickup time. That was fine until we came home and opened the box and the crust was burnt plus the bottom. We had to eat the toppings plus some bread and leave the bottom and the crust out because it was too burnt.
I have no clue what people are complaining about. I’ve ordered a few times and never had an issue and they made the pizza exactly to my liking. I wanted it well done and thin crust and got it that way. I ordered a bianco and it was made properly. I make pizza a lot at home and i’m happy there is a place i can order that makes it how i like it. The staff have been great. And to the absolutely moronic people commenting on the ethnicity of the staff making the pizza your stupidity is showing. Keep up the good work Pizza Nova.
pizza was too well done cheese was lame man. the people making the pizza probably know more about east indian food than authentic italian pizza. pizza nova has dissapointed this italian. made in east india. come and taste the difference.
Don’t bother picking up. Parking lot is impossibly busy, staff is rude and you have to wait behind everyone waiting to order! What’s the point of pickup?
They don’t care about customers. Waited in the parking lot for a spot. Pizza delivery guy was leaving. I had my signal light on and waited 5 mins. Driver took his time. Second driver (who was with him at first) left and came back with his car. I honked and said I’ve been waiting. There is no designated spot but rather open public space. He didn’t care and walked away!! Won’t ever get my business!! Terrible!
Absolutely love Pizza Nova. The ingredients are always fresh. The crust was done all the way through and fluffy inside…. the competitors pizza (pizza & wings) has a habit of the dough still being raw, even when asked for it to be well done. Pizza Nova has a better variety of slices, longer hours and always quick service. Nobleton was overdue for such a good franchise.
