After seeing a custom vanity that a family friend purchased from Dreamwood we decided to check it out. We have purchased several items off the floor for our new home (bench, jam cupboard, bookcase and entertainment unit) and were very pleased with the quality and price. Where the store really shines is their ability to do custom work. We purchased a custom bathroom vanity as well as lower cabinets and we love them. During our bathroom remodel, the project manager actually commented that it had been awhile since his team had seen such a high quality vanity (we also ordered Cambria quartz for the vanity top). You must allow lead time for custom pieces but the end result of having a quality piece designed to your home is absolutely worth it. It is worth the trip to Nobleton without a doubt and we love supporting a Canadian owned local business.
We had Ron order a TV/entertainment centre and had it delivered to London. It looks amazing in our familyroom and is exactly what we wanted. We appreciated Ron’s expertise and advice and will not hesitate to recommend him to our friends!

I have had several pieces of furniture made by Dreamwood. A bathroom vanity, dining room chairs and a bench for my foyer. I have been thrilled with all the pieces. All were well-built and have stood the test of time. I will definitely order from Ron at Dreamwood again. He was wonderful to deal with and very professional. I would highly recommend his company and I cannot wait to order my next piece of furniture.
As noted by others, when Ron makes a mistake, he does not care to what extent the client is inconvenienced or how much expense they must bear as a result. I don't expect people to be perfect, but I do expect them to fix their mistakes at their OWN expense and inconvenience! We live 2.5 hours away and the delivery fee for our custom bed was very high, so since it was COVID and we didn't have a lot to do we drove the 5 hours return-trip to pick it up ourselves. Unfortunately, Ron did not check the order before calling us to pick up, and only when we got home did we notice a very obvious error. Ron immediately acknowledged the error, but did not offer to pick the merchandise up (it wasn't even the entire bed, just the rails needed to be fixed). Instead, we had to drive three hours return trip to meet him on his way to the showroom from his house. Then we had to wait another month because the carpenter who made the oversight was not willing to pick up his mistake and Ron was not willing to drop it off to him at his workshop. And then we had to drive the 5 hours round-trip AGAIN to the showroom to pick it up. So overall, Ron's error, which could have so easily been avoided if he had just taken 10 seconds to check the merchandise before telling us it was ready for pickup, cost us 8 hours of driving and approximately $150 in gas. Do not buy from this guy, he does not know the meaning of "customer service".

Wow! We just had our bed delivered from DreamWood and it is beautiful! Ron was very knowledgeable and helped us to pick the perfect bed for our master bedroom. They were also able to match the colour of the bed to our current night stands and it looks amazing! What a difference a good qualify piece of furniture makes.
