Very disappointing experience. A UPS package of mine was delivered to this location and marked “ready for pickup,” with photo proof provided. I showed the staff member at the front both the tracking information and proof of delivery. He briefly looked around, stated the package was not there, and asked me to leave despite my explanation. I have since reported the issue to UPS, and an investigation has been opened. I would not recommend using this location as a pickup point.
Terrible experience inside after trying to make a simple purchase the clerk said to show ID, no problem then proceeds to try and rip MY ID out of MY hands, he then demanded I leave and got all defensive like a cry baby.
Always a pleasure visiting King mart, Odai the owner is a great guy and always pleasant to speak with…I would highly recommend King mart as your go to convenience store.
Similar to other people’s experience, the angry man at the counter got angry at me for using my credit even though I said debit — mind you, the transaction went through. (I use a WealthSimple card — this card acts as both debit and credit). He proceeded to ask “you don’t know the difference between debit and credit?” and I said “the transaction went through its fine” what’s the issue? and he said “no it’s not fine, it’s different” (). Weird behavior. He was already on the phone with someone yelling before I walked through the door. First and last time at this location. Also no displayed prices on anything.
Amazing connivence store!! I always come here for their snacks, they have very good selection that other store don’t carry. The store owner is also very nice and friendly. Definitely recommended!
Why does UPS allow this place to be a drop off? The guy there will never actually accept a parcel unless it's right before UPS will be coming to pick up. He's done this to me 7 times now, literally! Yesterday he said no drop off on Friday after 12 noon, last time on Friday morning he still wouldn't take it, he's rude about it too! One time I had to make a purchase from his store beforehe wouldacceptmy packagefor drop off, how disgusting! I called UPS after this and they said that he is supposed to be accepting packages no matter what time it is, if the UPS drop off hours say open, he should be taking packages. He needs to be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. You should read the reviews for this UPS drop off location, he's rude to everyone and doesn't like accepting packages. I'm guessing he just wants the extra income provided by saying they accept UPS parcels? They need to find a different store as their Nobleton UPS.
Stopped by today to see the great variety of treats and snacks that are not available in Canada. The owner of the store is kind and friendly. I’ll stop by again. Thank you
